Summing it up and the future of the podcast | BEA Podcast episode #154 transcript 

Hi, and welcome back. Thank you so much again for being here!

I think it's safe to say we're at the end of the BEA podcast. Why? Well, there are a couple of reasons for it. The first one is that I feel I've said everything that I wanted to say about energy, personal growth and inner work, as well as tackling a lot of the daily challenges we all face.

The second reason is, this being a podcast where I've also said that the most important thing is where we put our energy, I now need to put my energy where it's needed more.

That being said, I will continue to work with and help those who are ready to step into their real selves and live the life they are meant to live.

I recommend going back and listening to all of the podcast episodes, at least a few more times.

Now I really want to say this and I hope that you can hear me - if the podcast was to continue, it would start all over again, right from the first episode, and go on in the same order, all the way until the last episode, and then it would start all over again and again, and again... Maybe here and there I would offer additional perspectives around certain things, but for the most part I would be saying the same things all over again.

Which brings me to remind you that the point is to apply everything that was talked about, diligently and consistently.

No matter your age, your background, your level of sensitivity or where you're at in your life, if you want to do right by you, you will be making the effort that's needed.

If you are on the more sensitive side of things, I especially encourage you to really, really dedicate yourself to your own healing. And once you've healed enough, you will be way more functional and have a bigger capacity to do all the things you truly love.

Another thing I want to say is: Choosing to be you, every single day. It really does comes down to who we are choosing to be in every moment and in every situation we experience.

Take the time to really get to know yourself, the real you.

We all owe it to ourselves to do the work that's needed and make the choices that are needed, so that we can be who we are meant to be in this life, who we came here to be.

Remember - you have the right to be you.

Developing good habits | BEA Podcast episode #153 transcript

With the help of meditation, self-healing, creativity and expression.

Being aware of our emotional and mental energy, as well as the energy that surrounds us in our day-to-day life, enables us to make empowering decisions. Using our intuition and trusting ourselves when making those decisions, help us to create a much better life. It's about empowerment and thriving.

And so again, what do I mean when I say - being aware of energy?

For those who are tuning in for the first time - there’s the energy of our thoughts and the energy of our emotions, and there’s also the energy of our environment.

We need to be aware of what energy we bring and what kind of energy surrounds us. And then we need to know how to best deal with both. We also need to know how to use all that to heal ourselves. So that we can function at our optimum and live the best life possible.

And that’s why on this podcast we talk about meditation, self-healing, creativity and expression, all of which deepen our awareness and bring about a profound healing.

Now on to today’s theme.

Instead of saying that you should develop good habits, why not ask: How do I become inspired to develop good habits?

Inspired instead of motivated.

If we're just motivated that means that we understand that it would be a good thing to do. But to be inspired to do it is something totally different. If you’re inspired you do not have to make yourself do anything, you just do it.

So why would we become inspired? What's the reason?

For me it's because I know and understand that developing good habits is going to bring me higher possibilities. I just like being in the energy of those higher possibilities and I love being open to them. I also very much enjoy the feeling of being in the creative zone, knowing that I’m creating something better for myself.

Developing good habits takes time, and so the reward does not come right away.

And that’s why a lot of people normally settle for something far less than what they would get, if they were just a little bit more patient.

Patience comes from understanding what the reward is and how to get it.

It all comes down to sitting down with yourself for a chat with yourself, and making a few good decisions.
