What is BEnergyAware about?

BEnergyAware was created to offer a different approach to facing life's challenges. Being aware of our emotional and mental energy, as well as the energy that surrounds us in our day-to-day life, enables us to make empowering decisions. Being able to manage our own energy, while not taking on other people's energy or the energy from our environment, helps us to stay focused on what's important to us. Also, using our intuition and trusting ourselves when making decisions, enables us to create a much better life.

Initially designed to help those who, because of their unique traits (one of which would be a heightened sensory perception), are more influenced by their environment. Which then makes them less productive and not able to function to the best of their abilities. Through his early work, Bran helped them to be less overwhelmed, and to more easily process things and events, so they can make empowering decisions, while being free from other people's moods and emotions.

As Bran's work continued, it became obvious that these teaching are valuable not only to those with specific traits, but to all humans. In these fast-changing times, the significance of this work keeps on growing.

Getting to the point:

Functioning to the best of our abilities and making empowering decisions, leads to creating a reality for ourselves that enables us to trust ourselves.

How do we get there? We get there by using our intuition.

This requires us to keep checking in with ourselves on a daily basis, before making decisions.

What does that do for us? It gives us full control over our life.
